Gaurav Maniar

Gaurav Maniar is a rare breed – a techie with real heart. Manuals and technology blogs that would have the average Joe snoring in nanoseconds are like oxygen to Gaurav. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and an ITILv3 Practitioner Gaurav knows his way around technology and how to keep it in humming on all cylinders. But he's just as passionate about helping clients make sure they have the right SSL Certificate and is always willing to lend a hand so installation goes smoothly. Contrary to popular belief, the web isn't just smoke and mirrors.

Gaurav just makes it look that way by ensuring that all the behind-the-scenes servers and infrastructure perform like clockwork. On weekends Gaurav manages to tear himself away from those riveting manuals to play with his daughter or read an interesting book.

Kyle Grueninger

Kyle Grueninger has been a problem solver his entire life, so it's no surprise our customers love his gift for getting them out of a jam. Whether you need a refund, cancellation, certificate generation, help with validating or installing a certificate, or just want to check the status of your order—Kyle shifts his can-do attitude into high gear. After stints in customer service and healthcare, Kyle is excited to be giving his state championship wrestling skills a workout on the SSL Store™ front lines. When he's not eliminating obstacles for customers, he's navigating his way as a new Dad, taking a spin on his sailboat or dancing with the prowess of Patrick Swayze.

Marina Lee

Marina Lee is The SSL Store's™ Customer Experience Department Assistant Manager. She's a problem solver, someone who makes your problems her problems, and then solves them for both of you. When she can take an issue that's keeping a customer up at night and fix it for them—that's the most satisfying part of her job. That's why we call her "The Fixer." She can take even the most complicated subjects and boil them down to analogies that anyone can understand. She can resolve even the most complex issues. Basically she's an SSL Superwoman. She even has an alter-ego that works as an amateur mycologist and has been published in local newspapers—Clark Kent eat your heart out. For real though, in her personal life, Marina has a plethora of hobbies from video games to comics to knitting. And she really does have an obsession with fungus. So much so that she has a fungus tattoo. Did you know that the largest living organism in the world is a giant fungus that lives in Oregon and is 2,384 meters big? Or that there are billions of fungal spores in every cubic meter of air all over the world? Marina does. This girl's got fungus on her mind—when she's not solving the world's SSL problems, that is.

Marina Lee

Jacqueline Sherrill is a Customer Experience Specialist at The SSL Store™. She's a bit of a techie which makes her a perfect fit for our Customer Experience Department. Jacqueline makes the process of fixing any customers' difficulties as smooth and streamlined as possible. And she loves learning from the people she helps and using those insights to improve her ability to help them more efficiently. That sentence would be scary if Jackie were an AI, but she's not, so it's what makes her a great at her job. She can help you get the product you need and tailor fit it to you, she enjoys finding out what is best price-wise—but also gets the job done. Basically if you get her on the phone, you're going to hang up happy. In her personal life Jacqueline loves to keep up with tech improvements and how quickly those industries are changing and developing. She tries to stay updated on cell phones, tablets, computers—everything really. She's also a HUGE gamer. Jacqueline loves her video games, so much that she admits they'd be impossible to give up. Whether it's the latest first person shooter or a classic RPG, you can bet Jacqueline's played it. She also enjoys skating, surfing, painting, singing, playing the piano and guitar—she's very well-rounded. We guess you could call her a JACK-of-all-trades.

Frank Luu

Frank Luu is a Customer Experience Specialist at The SSL Store™. He's a student of life, someone who's always trying to learn and improve himself—and that extends into the world of SSL and web security. Frank is passionate about learning the future of security on the Internet and the cloud, he loves all the things technology can do and how versatile it can be. The most exciting part of Frank's job is interacting with the hundreds of problems he sees on a regular basis when dealing with customers—specifically, coming up with ways to automate or ease those tasks. Despite his affection for problem-solving, Frank's best skill is actually helping customers find the right product to fit their needs and their wallet. In his personal life, Frank is a bit of a gym rat. He admits he couldn't give up working out for more than two weeks without going a little bit crazy—or should we say a little MORE crazy. Frank also has a knack for enjoying the things in life that others take for granted, like the weather, the scenery, modern entertainment and just generally being active. It's all or nothing with Frank—whether he's playing videogames or basketball, he's giving full effort. And that's why Frank is a great part of the team here at The SSL Store™.

Nick Perkins

Nick Perkins is a Customer Experience Specialist at The SSL Store™. Nick is a leader, both at his college, the Uinversity of South Florida, and here at work. He's passionate about ensuring that customers are getting a great experience. Nick hates hearing about people who are going through hosting struggles or system administrator issues—it's something that inspires him to give the best customer service possible. For Nick – who comes from a web hosting background – the best part of the job is getting to be around the hosting industry without being directly involved. To this day he still messes around with virtual servers, control panels, DNS clusters and SSL—all of which help him to assist clients. In his personal life Nick is an avid photographer—he just can't put the camera down. His interest grew when he started playing with an old Canon TI and slowly progressed to shooting in the manual setting. He currently freelances and works with USF. Nick is also obsessed with the Internet, so much so that he couldn't possibly envision giving it up. All facets of his life are encompassed by it, as he put it, the Internet has "snowballed" into an integral being part of his everyday life.
